THE THERMAL SPA

The geothermal spa opened in Lectoure in 1998 in the former Hôtel Goulard.  It's 108° waters are ideal for the treatment of rheumatism, arthritis, and muscular ailments. 

The aquatic space includes a heated pool with counter-current, hydromassage, jet spray, cascades, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, and scheduled aqua gymnastics classes. 

Individual treatments available include mud packs, massage of various forms (Ayurvedic, cranial, reflexology, California, etc.).

WALKING, HIKING AND BIKING

Lectoure's Office of Tourism offers:

-rentals of mountain bikes (VTT)

-visits to the Museum of Sacred Art, Maréchal Lanne Memorial Hall, the 19th Century Pharmacy, and Admiral Boué de Lapeyrère Hall

-guided visits of Lectoure in English arranged by appointment.

BLEU DE LECTOURE

Visit the Bleu de Lectoure workshop and boutique.  This unique shade of blue, produced from the woad plant, is extracted and manufactured right here in our town.  Used as coloring for paints and textiles, it is also thought to have therapeutic properties.
